Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in unworn condition.

• An unboxing video is required to claim any damages or defects in the product.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.

• Kindly Note that only amount of product is eligible for Refund.

• Shipping Charges are applicable.

• Customized items or jewelry purchased under special offers may not be eligible for return.
